the first time i listened to Gorgoroth's album Under The Sign Of Hell, it kinda scared the shit out of me, the creepy track called Postludium with some backwards vocals was very scary to me the first time i listened to it.... but now it's one of my all time favorites

sometimes I ask myself if the satanic letters write really them because they create in the Satanism or to only look for a commercial impact.

When i first heard Operation Wintersturm by Endstille, i was freaked out by  Iblis' vocals and those scary back beats.

Today i'm still afraid to hear the song Operation Wintersturm and Jesus Christ.

most of those bands i think they do, but Gorgoroth is one of the few bands that openly supports Devil Worshipping, at least, Infernus does, i think, but i do think most Black Metal bands do incorporate Evil as a selling point, there may be a few exceptions too that rule though

If i'm honest... Sci fi Goregrind band Gigantic Brain, album: The Invasion... Some of the songs featured on that album where so fast, so dark and the time sequences where so technical that it actualy made me feel uneasy. other than that... nothing lol

I remember as a tiny kid seeing Slayer's Hell Awaits, one part of me felt that I should've gotten it. Another was scared, like as though merely picking it up would be an Evil deed. Now that I look back I should've gotten it.

Hard question.

hm, it might be a feeling that I knew when I was still a kid and when i probably just discovered band like Nocturnal Depression etc.

I couldn't say now.

Maybe Codex Necro from Anaal Nathrakh gave me some scary goosebumps the first time.

The first metal band I heard about was Cannibal Corpse. They scared the Hell out of me at first. But now I love them!

Delerium is pretty terrifying to listen to, no matter where you are or what you're doing. I only have one of their albumns and don't know much about them, though.
